Online Learning Services
Online Learning Services supports departments across the Portland State University campus in designing and delivering programs and courses for distance students. Distance delivery modes are customized to fit the specific needs of faculty and students. Courses and programs are delivered using a range of distance learning technologies and methods, including correspondence, audio, video, CD-ROM, and the Web. Distance Learning also provides a host of services to distance students, such as technology support and electronic access to library resources. Independent Study: The Independent Study program offers fully accredited high school and undergraduate college-level courses via correspondence and online.

eLearning Systems Certificate of Completion: This program is designed for administrators, training managers, instructional designers and technologists, and instructors who are interested in maximizing resources and learning in their classrooms and other training environments.
